Karlsen’s, is a family-owned business in Denmark, with a small local production and a large focus on sustainability. Their products can be found on the shelves in the larger Danish supermarkets and specialty stores. During my years of freelancing for them, I had a big role in concept development, packaging design and finding new ways to leave a positive impact on the planet.
